PVC Overwrap

PVC Overwrap provides the outer protective layer of the Petrowrap system, shielding the petrolatum tape from mechanical damage and UV exposure. Applied as the final step, it secures and reinforces the system to ensure long-term integrity across above-ground, buried, and immersed pipeline and infrastructure applications.

Note — for Blue EPDM Gasket Joints, an additional step is required: apply 2 wraps of Petrowrap Overwrap tape directly on the cleaned joint before the standard 4-step application. Worth adding as a note on the page if these joints are relevant to your pipeline customers.
